We have just purchased a property through Mariah and we couldn't be happier. They were amazing from start to finish! As first-time buyers, we loved the fact that Mariah was in regular contact to see how the move was going and even chased solicitors at certain points to help move the sale along efficiently. We dealt with Khalid who was professional throughout - we could not recommend him highly enough!

Need to strive to be better
Generally, you need to have low expectations if you are going to be satisfied with your rental estate agents. They are happy as long as they are taking their cut irrespective of the service level provided. Staff come and go, promises are made on improvements but normal service resumes very quickly. Tenants complain that they are not responsive enough. The only thing that happens like clockwork is the collection of their fee every month. Used multiple estate agents, these are not the worst or the best. Just being honest.

Moved into new rental within days👍👍👍
Viewed a property on Friday and by Tuesday (today) all checks and paperwork were done and all ready for me to move into my new rental. Absolutely speedy service. And the customer service is excellent 👌 A big thank you to Khalid for his help and replying back to my messages over the weekend.

Tracey is very supportive and helpful with dealing with my properties. She always makes time to reply and follow up to any emails/calls and is always contactable. I have previously thought about moving my Lettings as I have not felt like I have received the right service, however this has now changed and I am happy at Mariah with Tracey.

One word Superb!
My fiancée and I would definitely recommend Mariah. This is our first time buying a house and it was a daunting thought. However, the fear of the unknown was dealt with incredibly well by Mariah. From viewing the house to completion, Khalid was professional, supportive and helpful. In short, he was phenomenal. It did not matter how silly my questions seemed, Khalid was always happy to assist, and I am sure if he didn't know the answer, he would have gone out of his way to find it. Awesome job! So, if you want an estate agent that's above all the rest, Mariah is for you.

High quality yoghurt without the bits
The pursuit for rented housing can be a fruitless and stressful one but real humans can make the process feel a lot more home. Mariah surpasses all the superficial, robotic approaches to securing properties and Khalid combines efficiency, compassion, and authenticity with rental properties that yell character. How rare it is, too, to have the homeowners on site for viewing. Highly recommended.

Khalid was great
Very knowledgeable and keen to get us on the market quickly. Took some great photos. We paid for the one off fee meaning we negotiated with the buyers ourselves which was no problem. But it did have a downside in that after the initial marketing it meant you do the rest yourself. So be careful what you choose.
